In a thrilling talk, computer vision expert Fei-Fei Li describes the state of the art — including the database of 15 million photos her team built to “teach” a computer to understand pictures — and the key insights yet to come.

How neural network identify numbers

By using neural network architecture we were able to train the model on a dataset of 42,000 handwritten digits achieving impressive accuracy. The model successfully generalized making it capable of recognizing unseen digits effectively.
