Why AI Knowledge Matters Now
AI is changing how we work, learn, communicate, and make decisions — but it is also making online scams more convincing than ever. In Sri Lanka, fake messages, polished posters, false profiles, suspicious links, and deepfake videos can now look surprisingly real, putting people’s money, privacy, and trust at risk.
Common challenges with AI tools and how to fix them
As you start working with many AI tools (eg: Claude, CoPilot, Gemini etc…), you’ll likely encounter moments where the response isn’t quite what you expected. This is normal—and it’s an opportunity to refine your approach. Here are some of the most common challenges and how to address them.
